Staying here felt like a home away from home—quiet, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was super accommodating and made check-in a breeze. I’d absolutely book again for my next trip.

I loved my stay! From the beginning needing a code to get into the building & your room was an absolute plus! I felt more secure in my stay since I was staying alone. The hallway, the decor, everything was beautiful. As you walk through the building each floor is super clean. I loved the colors they chose throughout each floor. When I entered my room the setup was simple but comfortable. The room was clean & smelled nice. They provide you with cups, bowls, plates, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, towels, & washcloths. Although I didn’t use any of that stuff (except the towels) it was still nice to know if needed those items they were there. The bathroom was SUPER CLEAN, the shower temperature was amazing each time. There was a spot for me to park every time I came back from an outing, there wasn’t much noise at night or in the mornings. It wasn’t until Sunday night that I heard people outside but it wasn’t anything to disturb anyone. I’d definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Joseph goes above and beyond to make our stay for my graduation from University of Penn really special and memorable. He even delivered a bottle of champagne. The decorations are incredible really like how he repurposes the developments to make them beautiful art. Also there's a grocery outlet about 15 minutes away so can stock up on groceries for cooking.. Joseph kindly brought coffee too. In the nicely decorated rooms with hot showers there are the things you need like a coffee maker toaster etc to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Philly.
